By using this website, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

This is the marketing website of GrowXLabs ("we", "us"). It provides information about our services and past work, and a way to contact us. Nothing on the site is a binding offer to perform work, and using the site doesn't create a client relationship between us. A client relationship begins only after a written engagement agreement is signed by both sides.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Scrape or systematically extract content beyond what a normal browser does (we welcome citation by AI engines and search indexes — see our llms.txt).
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through the contact form (including spam, attempted phishing, or harmful payloads).
• Attempt to circumvent security, probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or interfere with the site's operation.
• Use the site to harass, defame, or violate the rights of any third party.

Any project we build for you — internal apps, AI & automation, dashboards, web apps — is governed by the specific engagement agreement we sign for that project. That agreement covers scope, fees, timelines, IP ownership of deliverables, confidentiality, warranties, and termination. These website terms do not apply to engagement work.

The copy, design, code, and other content on this site are owned by GrowXLabs or used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts (with attribution) for legitimate editorial, research, or commentary purposes. You may not wholesale-copy the site or use our brand assets to imply endorsement.

Client logos and case studies are published with the client's consent. If you spot something that looks mis-attributed or that you believe infringes a right, email team@growxlabs.com and we'll review it.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but make no guarantees that everything is current or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowXLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to this website is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (which is typically zero for site visitors) and (b) USD 100. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The site relies on third-party providers (Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the backend, Resend for email when enabled). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the parts of your interaction they handle. We're not responsible for their availability or actions.

We may update these terms occasionally. The effective date at the top reflects the latest update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to GrowXLabs's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
