## Selected work

- **Service Portal** (multi-market fresh-produce company) — Customer-service console for executives across three markets, handling orders, quality claims, refunds, coupons, and customer tech support. Integrates with three WooCommerce stores, a claims REST API, and Make.com automation as sources of truth. AI does the first pass on every claim photo with confidence-gated admin approval. Duplicate refunds prevented at the database, edge-function, and UI layers. Service-exec performance tracked via claims resolved and average AI confidence score. Built on React + TypeScript + Vite with a Supabase backend and Edge Functions.
- **Field Operations Platform** (multi-project field operations company) — Single platform replacing 5+ disconnected tools, coordinating hundreds of people across multiple parallel projects. End-to-end travel chain (FlightAPI.io live status, TravelPerk booking ingestion, ground transport, app login on landing), daily carpool coordination, AI-assisted expense receipt analysis and routine onboarding review, live earnings, broadcast comms via Whapi.cloud, and automated daily reporting to the program sponsor. Built on Next.js + Supabase with TypeScript end-to-end, RLS-first multi-tenant data model, PWA-enabled, and Anthropic Claude powering the in-app assistant.
- **EC Field App** (Waste & compliance) — Mobile-first field auditing tool. GPS-tagged inspections, AI-assisted anomaly flagging, automated compliance reporting. Eliminated paper-based audit process entirely.
- **Role-Aware Claude MCP + Company Second Brain** (Agency capability) — A Claude.ai connector that lets every member of an operations team chat with live production data safely. Each member holds a personal token; reads are RLS-scoped per user; writes route through the company's existing API endpoints so all validation, audit, and role checks fire identically. Paired with a structured second brain (SOPs, decisions, playbooks, per-person knowledge) in Claude.ai Project Knowledge. Built on Vercel serverless + Supabase RLS + a hardened `safe_select` SECURITY INVOKER RPC.
